Bar1’s Big Break is open to legal residents of the states of Illinois, Indiana or Wisconsin who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of 420½ Inc., Bar1Events, Inc., McGee’s Tavern & Grille, The Wrightwood Tap, Durkin’s Tavern, Redmond’s Ale House, Duffy’s Tavern & Grille, Maeve, and Fion Wine & Spirits and the immediate family members and those living in the same household of any of these establishments, are not eligible to enter. Contestants may not be under contract with any major or nationally known record label. We reserve the right to disqualify any contestant that is under contract that we deem to be a major or nationally known record label, at our sole discretion. Each contestant must be able to produce a valid government issued identification upon the request. and the failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification from the Competition.
